House Extension UK designs and builds house extensions: survey, design, planning, building regulations and construction, managed as one project. It is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, based in Great Barr, Birmingham.
What we do
We focus on one thing: adding space to existing homes. That covers single and double-storey extensions, side returns and wraparounds, kitchen, bedroom and annexe extensions, orangeries and glass extensions, and the drawings and approvals behind them.
How we work
Every project starts with a free site visit and a planning check. Where drawings are needed, the design stage is priced in writing first. Once the design and specification are agreed, the build price is fixed in writing. Your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which designs and manages the project and the build teams who carry it out.
What you will not find here
